In case of problems:

• write to merlin-admins@lists.psi.ch (or directly to me: greta.assmann@psi.ch)
• Please provide as much info as you can:

1. Where are you having this problem (Merlin/Ra, Corp/VPN/etc..)
2. Which software are you using?
3. At which point do you have issues ( During the runtime of a specific software, before you start, during the submission to SLURM etc.)
4. Any Errors showing up ?
5. In case of connection errors :How exactly are you connecting to which machine?
