Improvements to shutter 8c38bbe85a 
Based on work with NEUTRA N-Shutter or experiment shutter.
Add error for retries, don't retry unless status is ok 28cd0879be
adds a similar retry mechanism as was implemented with the shutter 0d20534dcf
