Mitch D'Ewart b201e40ee3 Changed ACCL calculation when VELO == VBAS.
Previously ACCL was only calculated as (VELO-VBAS)/TIME.
This could cause problems for drivers setting ACCL=0.
Now if VELO == VBAS, ACCL = VELO/TIME.
