Revert this commit, and only this commit, when the lane adding protein_score and ice_score properly lands. It exists solely so the preceding grid-scan commit compiles in isolation: AnalyzeGridScan reads both members, and they are being added to ScanResultElem by concurrent work that computes and serialises them through the whole analysis -> message -> CBOR -> HDF5 -> API chain. Nothing here computes, fills, serialises or reads back either field. They are declared and left empty, so every consumer sees nullopt and the grid scan finds nothing until the real producer arrives.
