The stretch of RunPipeline from the per-image loop to the end message becomes the private member ImagePass(PipelineLocals &), its body unchanged behind the lines that bind the locals it reads. Two of the values it computed are also read by the scale/merge block after it, so they move up to where PipelineLocals is built and travel in it: the bounds of the geometry pre-pass (prepass_images, loop_end), computed from the same inputs as before. rugnux, its program for processing stored diffraction data - rotation and serial, macromolecular
and small-molecule - from images to merged reflections.
