Nothing indexes on the raster path, so RunPipeline's nothing-indexed fallback writes a small _process.h5 whatever --write-process-h5 says. That is the right outcome - for a raster the file is the per-image scores and it is worth having - but the comment beside config.write_process_h5 claimed the opposite.
