85880be565 - Fixed a bug in countersec.c which prevented counting in monitor mode 
- Fixes to make the second generation velocity selector driver work
- Modified obpar.c to allow parameter changes while running. This makes
  it possible to collect data at TRICS while cooling down.

e46334eddf - Fixed a massive memory leak in Hipadaba 
- Extended the Hdb adapter to support SICSdata
- Made the simulated histogram memory driver work properly when
  data has been set.
- Implemented the hfactory command
- Removed hdbcommand which was never finsihed

1247dcdb82 - Switched to NAPI-3.0 with XML support 
- Fixed exeman to write files by default into the first directory in batchpath
- Fixed a bug in nxdict which prevented it from handling attributes
  containing :/ properly
