...
after a crash the previous seastatus is not read correctly
for debugging reasons we should check if the status file is
invalid

improve frappy manager
...
- add functionality to guess combination of configurations from
the running sea and frappy servers
- instead of the name only, the references to the config in
the SeaClient modules are used
- make this information also visibible in frappy list

frappyman: inherit PYTHONPATH from starting process
...
on SINQ instruments, when frappy is started from nicos,
nicos.conf contains PYTHONPATH = /home/<instr>:/home/<instr>/.local...
this should be applied to the frappy process too
