This makes it so the default frontend is configured for use with GPS' preamplifier. I couldn't find any other use of agilent_e364xa, but the macros in the file suggest there are some flow control somewhere. Maybe HAL uses it?

I am not sure if this PR should go in like this, let me know if you are aware of any other usecases of the agilent e364xa.
