Summary

Deprecate Pilatus ophyd integration, migrate Falcon integration to PSIDeviceBase

As the Falcon integration is moved to a new base class in ophyd_devices, this should be tested with HW available.

To Do's

  • Test Falcon with HW
  • Deprecate Pilatus integration
