* significant excitation of vertical beam size from 4-kicker bump observed motivating to reduce warmup cycles

* Old, forgotten gun event interlock stopping the gun trigger cost a lot of time
* Timing master FPFB input bug discovered
* After further timing update mishaps were identified and corrected, reloading of old pre-shutdown timing settings enabled >90 % injection efficiency
* DBUS7, i.e., revolution synchronization for many systems (e.g., APD, BDC, ...), is now an actual revolution trigger, i.e., 1.04 MHz instead of the 16-fold booster revolution trigger (= 15-fold ring revolution trigger)
* In future the revolution trigger will be synchronized to an external timing master independent frequency divider locker to the 500 MHz enabling timing master reboot/failure persistent revolution trigger and thus bucket 0 definition
* **Beam Dump Synchronization** by {{Ian}}, {{Romain}}, {{Felix}}
* EPICS side is prepared for new FW and enables delay control
* So far tests have not been successful and debugging attempt by putting revolution clock the BDC obtains from DBUS7 on a scope showed issues

* FPFB:
* Now has RFFE with remotely adjustable gain.
* Gain settings taken into account for charge calculation.
* Safety features implemented & tested in shift to avoid that ADC is killed by high input signals.
* New calibration of charge done, system can be used now.
* Algorithm to calculate charge needed modification since pulse shape of new RFFE is different from previous direct beam signal
* MBFB:
* Fast kicker excitation frequency sweep for vertical MBFB kicker tested and working. To be implemented also for horizontal & long. plane (not yet done).
* Test with direct sampling RFFE for transverse MBFB confirmed that direct sampling will need oversampling with several ADC, plus modified RFFE pulse shaping.
* This is a lot of work -> continue using downconversion RFFE for now.
* We will continue work on direct sampling for longitudinal MBFB (where implementation is simpler)
* BPMs
* New firmware with post mortem buffer implemente and tested last Thursday. Bugs found, some fixed, some to be fixed (clock domain crossing not yet working properly -> missing samples etc.). Expect new firmware next week.
* **SLS 2.0 beam energy measurement via resonant spin depolarization** by {{Yi}} and Co.
* Started with slow EPICS controlled sweep and continued with faster low level sweeps
* MBFB kicker strength 40 uRad should enable complete RDP within 10 ms, allowing for 100 Hz/s scan rate
* Despite multiple attempts (400 mA in 450 buckets, 55 mA in 50 buckets, removed dispersion bump, tried mirror tune) no RDP observed
* **3HC He Valve Regulation Shift** by {{DanielD}}
* successfully tested setting tighter valve range limits for 400 mA top-up
* but required to be linked to the current current in the storage ring or voltage in the 3HC for operational use
