# Virtual Machines

Until there is a dedicated workflow implemented in ServiceNow, virtual machines for Linux can be ordered by opening a general ServiceNow Ticket or by contacting linux-eng@psi.ch.
|
|
|
|
Please provide at least following information with the request:
|
|
|
|
- __Description of usage purpose__
|
|
- Contact person
|
|
- Hostname of virtual server
|
|
- OS (Linux / Windows)
|
|
- Number of CPUs
|
|
- Memory \[GB]
|
|
- Diskspace \[GB]
|
|
|
|
If you can give more details to your plans the better! You may need to pay for the VM in certain cases. This will be determined in the process.
