--estimate-beam-center was opt-in, off by default and used by no battery run. Removed with it: the
half-turn spot-symmetry estimator (image_analysis/geom_refinement/BeamCenterFromSpots and its tests,
used nowhere else), its pre-scan branch and paired-frame sample, the sparse-sweep extra reads, the
BEAM_CENTER_* constants used only there, beam_center_placed_, the spindle fit that only ran inside
it (--fit-spindle / --no-fit-spindle, ProcessConfig::fit_spindle; its estimate was only logged),
the viewer's "Measure beam centre before indexing" job option and the RugnuxCommandLine emission.
The background centre (FindBeamCenter on the pre-scan projection), the asynchronous beam-centre
capture, the beam-centre check that indexes at both centres and the measured centre's bound on the
post-refinement are unchanged, and so is the pre-scan sample for the shadow, the defective pixels
and the spot width. Warnings that pointed at --estimate-beam-center now point at --beam-x/--beam-y.
