Covers the GPU decode work (fused un-transpose, the memory it frees, corrupt-chunk detection, large bitshuffle blocks, host fallback), the two reproducibility fixes (integer ring statistics, striped geometry-refinement sampling), the connection-teardown and written-extent fixes, and the thread-count, max_hkl and compression-time repairs.
