leonarski_fandClaude Opus 5.5 af79b02241 Viewer: a newly opened file starts with "Known unit cell" unticked

As a bare rugnux forgets the crystal an input file stores (ClearStoredCrystal), the settings panel
now shows the file's cell and space group but does not use them until the user ticks "Known unit
cell". Before, a file carrying a cell was indexed and merged with it, like rugnux -C/-S.

Jungfraujoch

Application to receive and analyse data from the PSI JUNGFRAU and EIGER detectors, together with rugnux, its program for processing stored diffraction data - rotation and serial, macromolecular and small-molecule - from images to merged reflections.

All documentation is now placed in docs/ subdirectory and for the current version hosted on Jungfraujoch Read The Docs page.
