INTEGRATION: the stills prediction window and partiality from the run's
measured rocking curve (a d* table, kept in _process.h5 for --mode scale),
the model-error term in the per-crystal fits, --min-partiality defaults,
the adaptive radius on stills (background-ring reach).
IMAGE: reflections reaching into the beam-stop shadow are not integrated;
no-data pixels masked as dead, not as shadow.
INDEXING: the rotation-scale walk's refusal and refit; the stills geometry
refinement on the given cell's crystal form only.
DECISIONS: the model is refined after validation by default.
CPU_DATA_ANALYSIS: titles in the references that lacked them.
GPU: the still prediction kernel follows the rocking-curve window.
