leonarski_fandClaude Opus 5.5 5e8525a0ff RESULT-CHANGING (owner approved): stills with a stationary axis get the stills geometry refinement default 
rugnux decided rotation vs stills with "an axis that turns" (a stationary axis is stills), but the
--refine-geometry default asked only whether the file has an axis. A stills file that records a
stationary axis was therefore processed as stills yet never got the default geometry bundle
adjustment that stills with a known cell (-C or a reference MTZ) get. Both now use one test,
RugnuxRotationData.

Changes results only for stills files with a stationary axis and a known cell. On a weak serial
stills set of that kind (-C, 5000 frames): indexing rate 16.2% -> 28.2%, P1 -> I222, written
4.74 -> 4.04 A (CC1/2 fall-off fitted at 4.24 A, none fitted before), I/sigma 0.9 -> 2.8,
CC1/2 0.52 -> 0.69, R_meas 164% -> 209%, ISa 1.2 -> 0.9. A stills set without an axis is
byte-identical (.hkl).
