ZeroMQ puller: the message region without a ring takes the message's read-only bytes
ZMQMessage::data() returns const uint8_t *, and GCC refuses the implicit conversion to the
region's uint8_t *. In this mode the region is only read (deserialised and republished), never
written, so the cast is safe.
