Each numeric pair is now rugnux and reference both right-aligned to a fixed width around the "/",
with fixed decimals per column (d_min 2, ISa / CC1/2 / R_meas / R-free 1, time 0), so the slashes
and the decimal points of a column sit on one line; "-" takes the same width.
