The credits paragraph framed the software as existing algorithms reimplemented and moved to the GPU. That undersells the work: the methods are taken further (hypotheses carried forward and decided on the evidence, data-driven decisions instead of fixed thresholds, autodetection so a bare invocation gives the best answer). Reword the one sentence along the lines of the preprint's own introduction, keeping the credit to the community's methods and the acknowledgements link.
