appleb_mandClaude Opus 4.8 f688ca5319 new_gui: ABR->staff align-CoR only, Go-to-Home, 6-level zoom, remove manual run-plan

- ABR extracted to widgets/abr_control.py; shown only in the staff Align-centre-
  of-rotation procedure (removed from the shared MotorsPanel)
- SMARGON: '⌂ Go to Home' button -> move_smargon(0,0,18) (home_requested)
- ZOOM: real settings (motor values) 1.0/2.0/3.5/5.8/7.5/12.5x in a 3-col grid;
  emit the motor value (was the magnification); camera shows the magnification
  label via zoom_label()
- remove the RUN PLAN chip row from the manual cockpit (runner uses default
  protocol); readable combos/spinboxes already global
- input contrast fix + mounted card from prior commit

GUI Controls Cheat Sheet

Sample Camera

Left click: move sample to clicked position
Shift + Left click: Z-alignment click behaviour
Ctrl + Left click on active raster grid: move to clicked position under the grid
Left drag on active raster grid: move active raster grid
Right click: open sample camera context menu
Right drag on empty area: draw raster grid
Right drag on active raster grid: resize raster grid
Mouse wheel: rotate omega by 90°
Shift + Mouse wheel: rotate omega by 10°
Ctrl + Mouse wheel: change sample camera exposure by a large step
Alt + Mouse wheel: change sample camera exposure by a small step
Shift + Mouse move: inspect/load raster image under cursor
