duan_jandClaude Fable 5 5f44be2a62 style: compact the control panels

Vertical-space pass: samcam merges exposure+gain onto one row, ABR and
monochromator tighten their grids (energy now displayed in keV, DAQ API
stays eV), beam-mark's clear button shares the readings row, the data
collection pages move Run/Abort under the last configurable row and the
tab area becomes QTabBar+QStackedWidget, the raster grid table gets a
fixed height, and the automation panel drops its own title since the
dock title bar already says it. Control panels start expanded via
default_collapsed=False.
