fix: 100% transmission for X10SA automation raster

Release trigger for 0348929a, whose non-conventional commit message ("Update ...") was not picked up by semantic-release, so v1.3.0 still ships transmission 0.1 for the X10SA auto-raster defaults. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
