L_6 = c_g \alpha_s/\pi G^{a\mu\nu} G^a_{\mu\nu} H/v
up to NNLO in the inclusive cross section (including the
mismatch of virtual corrections originating from the
effective Lagrangian compared to the top loops) and at
LO for the pT distribution (that contributes to the NLO
corrections to the inclusive cross section).
April 7 2015: - Typo in NNLO scale dependence corrected. Numerical
impact only for different renormalization and
factorization scales.
March 6 2015: - Typo in SM4 extension corrected.
March 3 2015: version 4.10:
- link to new HDECAY version 6.41
- addition of charm loops (a per-cent effect on the cxn)

within the 2HDM by rescaling them by the HWW/HZZ
coupling factors as an approximation

The Squark couplings G_SBi, G_STi are the ones of
Eqs.(21,25,29) of this paper, if MODEL = 0. Within the
MSSM they multiply the MSSM couplings, i.e.
G_SBi = G_STi = 1 defines the MSSM.
