Change statemon uninterest or hdbuninterest
...
To remove all relevant callbacks when doing uninterest or hdbuninterest,
call RemoveCallbackUsr with the relevant function, and check the pCon.
This allows to discriminate normal and hdb cases.
Need to check what happens when connection is closed now.
