implement tunnel case properly

https://<hostname>:<webport>/?tunneled=1
uses 127.0.0.1:<websocketport> for the websocket.
This allows tunneling.

- '*' for a default (5 signiciant digits)
- '*<dig>' for an other number of significant digits
- '*.<dig>' for fixed number of digits after decimal point
