Modified ADApp/Makefile and all Src/Makefiles to allow the removal of a detector from the build. Also, The ioc applications can also be removed from the build, leaving only the detector libraries. The settings for these options are in configure/CONFIG_SITE.
Moved USE_GRAPHICSMAGICK from configure/RELEASE to configure/CONFIG_SITE.
Added andor3.template to DB/Makefile.
