The SunPro C++ compiler doesn't like osdElfFindAddr, so I converted it back to C, but then I had to make the osdFindAddr files C to match. Now elfRead() can't use a static initializer to get the program start time, so I added a public routine to osiClockTime.c to return that. Also fixed various indentations in Till's code.
