Added some ifdef'd out test code to see if the end of the sequence program
could be updated to NOT cause an extra sample from port zero to be taken at the end of the sequence. As it turns out, it causes more harm than good. There must be something wrong with my understanding on how it works. For now, the misfeature of the extra sample at the end of the sequence will have to stay.
