<h4>New Spectrum Record</h4>
<p>A new spectrum calculating record based on a demo presented at ICALEPCS
has beeen installed. The record can be used to calculate the spectral content
of an input waveform within a range of specified frequencies. The record
accepts an EPICS waveform as input and produces output waveforms containing
the frequency domain magnitude, and phase components of the input signal over
the specified range of frequencies.</p>
