epicPosicMutexInit: avoid calling with 0 which is platform dependent
...
Different platforms (RTEMS5) can define different values for
PTHREAD_MUTEX_DEFAULT, so we shouldn't pass 0 assuming its
PTHREAD_MUTEX_DEFAULT.
