* moving defines inside namespace

* moving defines inside namespace, added helpdacs to namespace

* added namespace to gui

* gui also updated

* removed unnecessary sls:: when already in sls namespace for slsDetectoSoftware, receverSoftware, slsDetectorGui and slsSupportlib
