redford_s 0bd23d13d3 Added module 065 to cu fluo analysis. Had to edit check for number of pedestal frames, new receiver doesn't lose the
last frame. Also repointed to the new storage.

redford_s 03ab1dfda7 Make check that ADC doesn't equal zero. This isn't a measurement and shouldn't
be included in the average. Reran everything, looks same or better.
Also removed zoom plot, unnecessary.
Repointed data files to new storage name.

redford_s 4b9d6b1442 New lower limit for G1 fit, for those modules which have the new CS scan data (more points, better distribution).
The limit should be 2 us, to avoid charge loss.

redford_s f174f22d47 Big change to strategy, instead of using ROOT histograms to find the mean,
use pedestal calculations. This has two advantages, I think it's more correct
(avoiding the TH2 projection mean feature of ROOT) and it runs alot quicker.
Results are slightly modified on a per step per pixel level, but unchanged
on a module level.
