This adds three videos:

  1. Introduction to the PSI Data Catalog (/index.html)
  2. Introduction to OpenEM (openem/user/introduction/)
  3. Login Screencast (scicat/login/)

The login page is new and is intended to document the addition of eduGAIN to production.

I removed the login page. I think it's now intuitive with the new keycloak theme.
