## --with-qt-inc Qt include directory (optional)
## --with-qt-lib Qt lib directory (optional)
## --with-python-inc Python include directory, if building PyCafe  
## --with-python-lib Python lib directory, if bulding PyCafe

1) Modify autogen.sh according to above
2) 'source autogen.sh'
3) 'make install'  This installs cafe headers/libraries to the directories 
   specified by --prefix/--libdir in the above
