This PR fixes the integration of a few minor bugs in the Timepix class. IT was tested at the beamline together with the TimePIxFly backend.

  • Adds a writer_error for the hdf IOC backend to the on_complete method
  • Adds the option to take data with hdf.enable disabled
  • Adds additional tests to the integration.
