Synchronise main with the latest tested PXII Production branch.

Changes include:

  • Refactored daily and weekly beamline setup routines.
  • Improved error propagation and warning handling.
  • Updated DCM calibration values and PXII device configurations.
  • Improvements to beamline calibration and diagnostic macros.
  • Removal of historical generated measurement files from Git tracking.

The changes have been integrated and tested on PXII.
