Details 
- ovp_voltage config parameter (:SOUR:VOLT:PROT), 20/40/60/80/100/120/160 V or None,
  applied and verified at connect with the output off, shown in status()
- ptycho_lamni: remote_sense true, ovp_voltage 20 V
- output_on/output_off push a fresh reading to BEC, output_on waits for the current
