PSI DHCP updated the DNS on 2026-11-03: mpc-flomni.psi.ch -> 129.129.98.71,
mpc2844.psi.ch no longer resolves. Device configs (ptycho_flomni, simulated),
rt_flomni/rt_omny ophyd, webhmi_client default host, sim devices, e2e harness, docs.
