Changed PV names of slits in optics hutch according to the changes previously done by Luke, namely:
X12SA-OP-SL1 --> X12SA-OP-SL2
X12SA-OP-SL2 --> X12SA-OP-SL3
This change makes it match with the device names in BEC
The changes were checked in BEC by moving them in BEC and checking that the corresponding Epics panels follow the movements. It seems to work fine
