The MCS card and GalilRIOSignal integration provide bare readings of the output channels of the hardware from these two devices. The beamline would like to have virtual devices that combine values from either MCS card or GalilRIOSignal into beamline devices such as a BPM. This may require to combine (add, subtract, divide) values from the original channels.
