fix(aerotech): quote aerocapture channel keys so the sastt config loads

Integer YAML map keys made the DeviceConfigMessage undecodable on SciHub
(msgpack strict_map_key), so update_session_with_file hung until timeout.
A3200PositionCapture already converts the keys with int().
