This is a super minor change: I've run `pinact run -v` to rewrite the version comments to use their full-length tags, so that any changes to the shorter tags don't cause future noise from zizmor for you (in the form of `ref-version-mismatch` findings). (If you got those original comments from running `zizmor --fix=all`, this might be a bug in how zizmor is selecting the "best" equivalent tag for its fixes!)
