Dialog for creating FUNCTIONS blocks in msr files.

This header defines the PGetFunctionsBlockDialog class which provides a dialog for entering and validating function definitions needed to create a FUNCTIONS block in a musrfit msr file. Functions allow combining fit parameters using mathematical expressions.
