Add a possibility to temporarily specify a new UB matrix for a given hdf5 file on the pyzebra 'hdf viewer' panel. This new UB will be active for all hdf files loaded afterwards, but it will not be saved anywhere, and will need reset once the web page is reloaded. Delete 'Upload .cami' option.

tested by reading zebra2023n002496.hdf
does not work as needed:
can be read from nfs, PN 20222663
2023/20222663/
cannot be read from my local computer

UB matrix change works, tested by:
fr 180 0 1 -0.6 (old), 0 -1 0.6 (new)

new UB
