Please create a new format for output of integrated intensities with extensions col/incol for integer/real.
It is used in jana software (the one we have with extensions comm/incomm is used in fullprof)
for integer hkl line per reflection should be
1 0 0 -1 107.16 4.538 3.53 -118.834 0.32 0.00 9.911 100.
for real hkl line should be
1 -0.1800 -0.2200 0.5000 14.05 2.325 4.03 -33.361 6.97 0.00 1.753 100.
The entries are
numor h k l intensity, std_intensity 2theta/2 omega chi phi temperature monitor for the bisecting geometry
numor h k l intensity, std_intensity gamma omega nu 0. temperature monitor for the normal beam geometry

One could select this or already available format by choosing fullprof/jana or comm/col output
