restructured Motor such that units are read from the underlying PVs during construction; print_limits now uses RangeBar; added print_dial to show dial/direction/offset info, in turn removed custom repr to be more consistent

Delay now accepts units and forwards them to the Adjustable constructor, allows to remove custom repr; Delay can also be named explicitly (if not, the Motor name will be used); current_task can also be set now (it is forwarded to the unterlying Motor object as in the getter case)
