ALH PVs can go to the ioc definition at /sls/hla_framework_bd/src/branch/main/services/master as in https://gitea.psi.ch/epics_iocboot_sls/A_BD/src/branch/main/AGEBD-CPCL-MASTER/MASTER.template

Params is a own service just like orbitbump/current
