**Summary**

The main goal of this initial JCM is to discuss and agree on the description of the JCM for the SLS Betriebsvorschriften. In general the main goal of the JCM is the information exchange between the different managers / coordinators of the SLS.

2. **Access to minutes**

    JCM minutes will be made available on the [SLS Operations Management gitpage](https://sls.psi.ch/). This website is only available from within the PSI network. A link from the PSI Intranet will point towards these minutes.

3. **Recurrence rate**

    The JCM meetings will take place approximately quarterly, typically preceeding relevant CPS/CAS meetings where the input of the JCM is useful.

4. **Participation**

    The following people attend the JCM:
    
    * CPS facility responsible + deputy
        * Reports important results to CPS lead
    * CAS facility responsible + deputy
        * Reports important results to CAS lead
    * Machine coordinator
    * Operations manager
    * Floor coordinator + deputy


5. **Topics / Agenda / Scope**

    The regular content discussed during the JCM includes, but is not limited to:

    * Betriebsvorschriften / Sicherheitsbericht
    (Machinensicherheit + Beamline Sicherheit)
    * Wishlish for CAS budget workshops 
        * Relevant for items not included in the SLS 2.0 project
    * Clarifying priorities and questions from MDM, UOM and Shutdown Meetings
    * Tasks-Upgrades-Issues (TUI)
        * Machine (-upgrade) strategy topics: What can be done (short and long-term) to maintain and improve the facility?
        * Special events / incidents
    * Discuss DUO Planning
