Lab 7.2.1: Create system update sets

Section 1: Review the default Global update set

Klicke oben rechts auf das Globus icon

Gehe auf Update set: Default [Global]

Wähle das Open List icon (drei striche) um zu den Local Update Sets zu kommen

Suche und öffne den Default Update Set in der Global Application

Gehe auf den Customer Updates tab

Filtere bei der Created Column, dass der most recent record ganz oben steht

Section 2: Create an update set

All > System Update Set > Local Update Sets

Gehe auf New und wähle local update set aus

Füge folgendes ein:

Name: Lab Update Set

State: In progress

Description: Catalog Item form, add Updated and Updated by fields

Gehe auf Submit and Make Current

Stelle sicher, dass das Update set (Globus icon) auf Lab Update Set [Global] gesetzt ist

Section 3: Modify the catalog item form

All > Service Catalog > Catalog Definitions > Maintain Items

Suche und öffne den Infinity HHD catalog item record

Beim Additional actions menu, gehe auf Configure > Form Builder

Ändere das layout so:

Add Updated after Active

Add Updated by after Updated

Save

[Step 6-11:]{.underline}

Schliesse den Form Builder und kehre zu deinem instance tab zurück

Mache einen Rechtsklick auf den Form header und dann reload form

Stelle sicher, dass deine Änderungen Korrekt sind

All > System Update Sets > Local Update Sets

Öffne das Lab Update Set

Beim Customer Updates tab, stelle sicher, dass du mindestens ein Form layout update bei Catalog Item hast

Section 4: Mark update set complete and export update set

[Step 1-4:]{.underline}

Ändere den Update Set Status von In progress zu Complete

Save

Bei den Related Links, gehe auf Export to XML

Stelle sicher dass das exported .xml update set file zu deinem Computer gespeichert wird

Es sollte mit sys_remote_update_set_ beginnen
